I' been using my iPhone 6s that I purchased recently and I think my battery life is being a little low. It says I've used it for 3 hours but I'm only at 54% right now. Is this battery life normal for the 6s or is it bad?

That depends on what you are using it for, how strong your cellular signal is, and what apps are running in background. It's also misleading to try to predict battery life based on partial discharge, because the gauge isn't that accurate. When it's down to 10% you can get a better idea of battery life. You can also go to Settings/Battery and see which apps are using the most energy.
All I get is 4 hour if that even with no call no apps..What's that all about. Also have the battery pack which is as bad and sometime wont charge on its own. Should I take the whole lot back. Anyone with this issue I would like to know I am not alone with this as I previously had the NEW iPhone SE and had to return that.
