I use camanger to shot wireless with my camera. But when I tray to transfer to my iphone I can see it in the photo library. Some tell me Apple don't support Raw image file in iOS 9. That is correct? They will support again?

No idea - On the Mac RAW support is camera specific and depends on the OS, the version of Photos and the camera - iPhoto for IOS was discontinued with IOS 8 and I have no idea what Photos for IOS 9 does or even if it has any RAW support - I will request that your question be moved to the IOS 9 forum
