Iphone 5s overheating!!!

Hey Apple world,

I recently got a iphone 5s about a month ago and it has been overheating ever since I took it out of the box. So much so that I cannot use my front camera at all as I get the error message that the iphone is too hot to use flash. I have been meaning to take it to the Apple store but haven't got around to it. Yesterday the screen of my phone cracked as well 😟.

Does anyone know what Apple can do to help me out?
