iPad 2 needs wifi help

My iPad randomly disconnected from our wifi and won't connect back. I have: turned off and on my iPad numerous times, did the hard reset many times, forgot the wifi network and attempted to log back in, I have gone to the reset and reset the network settings, then reset my iPad completely. But still, on the wifi settings, I press to log in to our wifi (and it's not an issue with the router because everyone else is connected) and it has the spinning circle next to the wifi name and never connects. Does anyone know how I might be able to fix this?

I have also plugged it into my computer and attempted to update & sync it but both failed. I've gone through too many forums and I don't want to go to an Apple Store to get this fixed.
