I clicked "Erase all content and settings" to reset my iPhone 5s to factory settings but it has displayed the white screen and black apple logo for hours now. What do I do?

If you were trying to reset your iPhone to factory settings you were following the directions on this page - How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups.
If this was not working, you will need to restore the iPhone using iTunes. See this article - Use iTunes to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings.
