How long do we take time to restore backup data for new iPhone6S?

I've bought the new iPhone 6s and try to transfer all data with app from the old one, iphone5 via iTunes 12.3

CUrrently, it has processed more than 11 hours sine hitting the restore button.

what should I do next? Because I wanna leave home for some reason

Can I close the Pc during processing?
