connect soundsticks to 4th gen Apple TV

I have the Harman Kardon SoundSticks with bluetooth and I tried to connect it with the 4th gen AppleTV. But the speaker is not showing up on the other device menu. The soundsticks pairs just fine with my iPhone 6s and my iMac. and my other speaker, Mini JamBox pairs fine with the appleTV. So I am just really confused why the soundsitcks is not pairing up with appleTV ?! Anyone can help?!
