i have a pc and cannot re-download the purchased paprika app to another pc

I purchased the Paprika app and it was on another computer. I have a new one now and followed the instructions to re-download it to the new one but it is not giving me the option to install it. The purchased version is for a PC & the one I want to put it on is also a PC
