I am trying to purchase a book but am getting message "unable to connect to iTunes" I've retried several times, wifi is fine for everything else and cellular data is working fine. Any advice?

I am trying to make a purchase through iTunes but keep getting a message Unable to connect to iTunes. I've retried several times, my wifi is fine and cellular data is good. Any advice?

It sounds like you are unable to connect to the iTunes Store so you are unable to make a purchase. I would start with the troubleshooting in the iOS section of thee following article about that very issue:
