Восстановил заводские настройки. Воспользовался функцией - восстановление из резервной копии. Копия была сделана на 4s IOS 8.1.
Визуально и функционально всё работает кроме функции "телефона". При нажатии на кнопку "трубка" появляется заголовок экрана "все" и "пропущенные" и нижние 5 вариантов: избранное, недавние… и т.д. Но сами строки выбора - пустые. Нажатие на любую функцию не приводит ни к чему. Так же в меню Настройки - Телефон - аппарат зависал и не давал входить в меню.
