I turned on voice over on my iphone 5c and the phone just went crazy. Now I try to turn the phone on and this voice keeps repeating "screen locked" over and over. The phone screen remains black but I hear every function. I cannot get back onto my phone at all to turn voice over off. The screen remains black.

Hold the HOME button and say "Turn off voiceover". If you don't have Siri enabled on the Home screen just tap twice any time you would tap once.
