When I go to update my apps Iam signed in another user

If you are signed in to the wrong account in the App Store on your iPhone, you can change that. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID > Sign Out. Once you have signed out, sign in to the correct Apple ID with your username and password.

Apps are tied to the Apple ID and passcode used to purchase them. You need to use the same information to update them.
