new phone wants to login to son's iCloud account

I'm the IT guy at work. Boss bought new iPhone, restored backup of old iPhone. Logged into his iCloud account. Problem is his son used boss's phone with his own iCloud account, and now boss's phone continually asks for son's iCloud password. Don't see anywhere on phone to delete second account. Ideas?

The is no way for an iPhone to be logged in to iCloud with more than one account. However, what is confusing is that when setting up a new iPhone, the account that you provide for iCloud is also used to log you in to iMessages, FaceTime, and the App Store as well. Although this is desirable as to not confuse most users, it is not always what is expected.

So, you need to look at the Settings for EACH of the following separately on the iPhone: iCloud, iMessages, FaceTime, and the App Store. They can each be independently logged into a different Apple ID. Find the one that is using the Son's AppleID, remove it from that app, and the problem should go away.
