lost iTunes data
i have updated my laptop to Windows 10 and lost my iTunes data, can load my movies and music into iCloud from my devices then down load from the cloud back into iTunes on my laptop
iPad 2, iOS 9.1
You can't put music and films in the cloud, whether your past iTunes purchases will show for redownloading depends upon whether they are still in the store and if you've moved countries since buying them : Download your past purchases - Apple Support
You can copy them back from your backup that you've got of your downloads/library and add them via File > Add To Library
For items you can't redownload and which aren't on your backup : Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device
