Restoring from iCould Backup

Just got the iPhone 6S and am trying to restore from a backup in my iCloud and keep getting the message Cannot Restore Backup. Any ideas what I should try?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.1

If you doesn't restore your iPhone from iCloud backup, I suggest you try iOS Data Recovery tool to extract data from your iCloud or iTunes backup, see it:

Log in iCloud and see what kind of files were backed up there. For iCloud restore, the wireless connection is a crucial factor on that. Please check your wireless network. If still not help, then you should try other solution instead.
