iphone not connecting to ihome radio or boom box.

My iphone6 sometimes doesn't play music on my boom box and at the same time the ihome app crashes when I try to set the alarm. After rebooting my iPhone it works for about 3 days. I've rebuilt my phone as a new phone and Apple has even replaced the phone and the problem still occurs. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be great.
