What is Apple solution for resolving a problem about retest settings for ipad2?

I have been reset all settings for ipad2 since 28 Nov.,now it's n't proceeding and respond.

attached image shows the problem .

So,kindly support me to overcome that issue.

Hi

Its stuck try a reboot press & hold power button & menu button

Hold both down until you see apple logo .

This can take 30seconds .

Then try again over your WiFi should only take 20 minutes or less.
