Outlook 2013 & iCloud control panel

I was originally having issues because it said it would not work with 2 versions of outlook installed so I migrated everything to the newer version and uninstalled the old one. Now when icloud opens it doesn't give me an option to tick contacts, calendars it just says at the top "You can access Contacts, Calendars and Reminders at icloud.com". I can't find the add on in outlook 2013 although outlook says it is an active add on. I have tried uninstalling icloud and reinstalling... many restarts of computer along the way and still can't figure it out. 😕
