My iPhone says that storage is to full

My iPhone says that storage is to full, when I know fully well I have storage. I have tried backing up my phone, but it says that I need to turn my "find my iPhone" off, and when I do that it says that my phone has timed out?

Hi Kat0404,

If you are having issues backing up your iPhone to iCloud, I would suggest backing it up to your computer with iTunes first, then address the storage issues. If you currently have pictures and videos stored on your iPhone, you can import them to your computer, then erase them from the iPhone to free up some space. I'll include some resources below that will address these issues in more detail.
