sync issues for ipod touch

Beginning of November i updated my ipod touch to the 9.1 and my itunes to the newer version as well. Since the upgrade my ipod will not sync to my itunes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled tried all the tips they give and it still wont work. My pc is running windows 10 as well. Please help.
