why am i asked for apple id password several times for downloading apps

recently i bought a new iphone 6s but i cannot download new apps in my iphone, the point is they ask my password several times but at last nothing will happen.

another thing is I used icloud back up but now i missed some photoes they show me a error that means the photes were not downloaded compeletly please please help me with two matters.
