Apple ID religion and country

Hi there

Years ago, I studied in the UK and used my credit card there to purchase some applications. However, now I come back to my country and I have to change my religion to Vietnam and change my credit card too because some applications only available in VN store. Here come a problem, whenever I need to update an application or download it again, I have to change my religion back to the UK, re typing my old credit card. Changing religion is time consuming and my old credit card is expiring soon. Is there any possible way for me to download or upgrade all of my applications which are previously purchased in another store without changing my account to that store.
