Hi folks,

I have been trying to upgrade my iCloud storage plan for a week now and keep getting the following message.

User uploaded file

I have tried signing out of iCloud and re-booting the phone - but the problem persists - in fact I can't seem to log out of iCloud.

When I try to sign out of iCloud, I get the message to turn off "Find My iPhone". I put in my password and I get a verification error (see below).

So I can't turn "Find my iPhone" off and hence logout of iCloud.

Is there an on-going issue with iCloud in the UK that I'm not aware of that could be causing this?

Any ideas on how to resolve this gratefully received.

Thanks in anticipation,

Oh, stupid, stupid me!

WiFi was turned off. Turning WiFi back on and everything now fixed.

Doh!
