Trying to send iPhone in for repair results in Page Error CAS.error.CASWS-CUST-001
Hello
I have a fault with my iPhone 6 which I have only had for 2 months, therefore its within warranty, I went to the support URL
- Navigating to url https://getsupport.apple.com/
- Selecting iPhone from the tiles
- Selecting Phone, Messages & Cellular Data
- Selecting Weak or unreliable cellular signal
- Selecting No in option Does the product work in another location?
- Selecting No Thanks. Continue in Send Apple your basic system information.
- OR
- Providing Email address here, both result in the page error still
- Selecting Send in for Repair

I can also confirm that after Step 3 above, we can select any option from any of the lists to follow, with or without providing Serial / IMEI, but it will still result in this error.
I have tried deleting my cookies, restarting laptop / browser, this message will still come.
How can I get around it?
