EarPods Mic Issue

Hi guys, this is my first post to any community 🙂. Coming straight to the issue; i just purchased brand new iPhone 6 64GB Gold, during the call while using EarPods, the call receiving party does not hear the full volume of my voice i.e., the sound transmitted from my EarPods mic is very low. I also tried these EarPods with other iPhones but it was not working effectively. It cannot have any dirt or dust as these are new. It is bit frustating to purchase new phone and it still has some flaw. I hope this issue will have a solution. Awaiting your feedback. Thanks a lot.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.1, Gold 64GB

Hi MananMirza,

It sounds like you have isolated the issue here to your EarPods that came with the phone since the audio from its microphone appears to be muffled on more than one device. Given that info I would recommend taking them into your local store to have them evaluated:

I have one query, is it possible if i can disable to earpod mic while using earpods and enable to mic of phone?? like switching mic.. as earpods mic are not working properly is it possible if i can switch from earpod mic to phone mic while using earpods?

Apologies for the delay, I was unexpectedly out of the office. No this is not a function that can be toggled in the phones Settings at this time.
