I am willing to purchase Iphone 6s Plus 64GB SIM Free from US during my visit to US. I would like to know is the standard 1 year warranty that comes with Iphone purchase covered worldwide as i am located in India ? If not , Can i purchase Apple Care Plus Warranty in India after buying Iphone from US ?

No, the iPhone warranty is not, and never has been international. It is specific to the country of original purchase. And no, you cannot purchase AppleCare extended warranty in India for an iPhone originally purchased in the USA.
Ok.. That answers my question. One more query about the pricing as Apple.com webpage says the price of Iphone 6S Plus 64 GB SIM Free as 849$ so if i will collect the phone from US store it will cost 849$ only or any other extra taxes will apply. Find the screenshot below :

I strongly recommend you instead purchase the iPhone in your country. That way, you will avoid problems with warranty, as well as unlocking.
