i can not add videos to itunes from my window pc.
iPhone 5, iOS 9.1
What file format are the videos in? In some cases with 64-bit systems you may need to install the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release and QuickTime to enable iTunes to work with the videos, but .avi and .wmv, for example, are not supported with that setup either.
