Fan Loud and Battery drain, when second user or get is logged in.

Hi Guys, does anybody know why the fan runs constantly and battery drains when a second user or guest is logged into Macbook Air and are there any fixes for this problem? When I am logged in, there is no problem the fan is silent and the battery holds its charge!
