I want to install an app on my ipod 5th generation but somehow my appstore didnt work and my wifi connection is pretty strong. I can still use my apps tho. My latest update for ios is ios 9.1

I want to install an app on my ipod but it seem when i open the app store, the screen kinda go blank. Theres nothing popping up or anything. Ive already tried to turn on and off my ipod but it didnt work. My wifi connection is pretty strong too. Whats the problem? It is ipod touch 5th generation and my ios is "ios 9.1". Would be please if someone help me. Thank you

Try:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Go to Settings>iTunes and App Store and sign out and sign back in

- Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore from backup. See:

Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
