I have problem in charging my iPhone.
When start to charge my phone with 25% (for example), when i checked after 15-20 min is still the same %. Then after i unlock and have a check on it. After this reaction, it normally charge like normal. Is there any problem with the battery?
And i have just used my phone for about 2 weeks then i faced the problem in using whats app, it will hang there (lag) for some times.

It sounds like you have some apps that aren't functioning correctly and your charged percentage isn't being reported correctly. For the first issue, any time that you have an app that is not being responsive, or functioning erratically you can force it to close so that when you re open it, it should refresh and function as it should again:

- Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.
- Swipe left to find the app you want to close.
- Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.
As for the charging issue, I would start by forcing the Settings app to close with the steps above, then restart your phone:

Take the phone to an Apple store for diagnosis. Take the lightning cable and USB adapter also. And make an appointment first.

Thanks for the update! I would next backup your device to iTunes, then restore it as new and verify that it works correctly.

If it does, then restore your backup to either verify it still works and the software just needed reinstalled, or isolate the issue to the backup file itself.
