Facebook home page won't load, claims I haven't enabled cookies

Problem: When I try to load https://facebook.com the page takes forever to load and when it does it is text-only. It allows me to attempt a log-in but then it says I have not enable cookies. This happens on both Chrome and Safari. It does not happen on my phone.

Things I've tried

  • Clearing my cache/ browser history.
  • Virus scan/ cleanup with MacKeeper
  • Restarting computer
  • Resetting PRAM
  • Logging out on my phone
  • Adding /s/ to the http does not apply because it automatically loads as an https
  • Switching networks
  • Turning off cookies then turning them back on
  • Adding facebook to the "exceptions" list for cookies
  • Probably some other things that I found on various forums and forgot that I tried.

I'm at a complete loss. Anybody got help?
