IOS Upgrade for iPad

Hello everyone,

I have an iPad IOS 7.1.1 and I just saw an upgrade to IOS 9.1 available. However, I'd like to upgrade to IOS 8.3, only. I did some searches and learn there is no chance to have an option to upgrade to 8.3! I wonder if after I upgrade mine to IOS 9.1, is there anyway to downgrade to 8.3? Or is there any way to upgrade directly from 7.1.1 to 8.3?

Please give me a hand.
