my phone syncs with my pc but I am unable to transfer all my purchases to my pc on selecting devices from menu bar and selecting "Transfer Purchases from Jignesh's Iphone" a message flashes "waiting for sync to start" and then instead of starting purchased app to transfer to pc a message flashes waiting for changes to be applied" and then finished sync.
please help me to solve this problem
