You need to explain your issue a lot clearer than you have. What is happening with the contacts? What application are you using the sync contacts, a supported application on the computer, or a cloud service, such as iCloud or Google? Did you create a backup of the device before you updated the iOS?
i can access my contact normally put when i search contact i cant find the person i search put if i scroll down contact i can find him
