Is Backup.app still supported?

I’m still running Backup.app to backup things like Personal Data. This is very old software, dating back to 2008, last updated in 2010, I think. It’s version 3.2 that originally came with the iCloud predecessor, MobileMe.

It seems to still function just fine, but I worry that the data bundles it works with might have migrated or changed with subsequent Mac OS X releases.

I also use Time Machine (which has saved my bacon several times) and CrashPlan.

Does anyone know if this software is still trustworthy? Should I take it out back behind the barn and shoot it?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
