Can any iPad update to 7 ISO
I can't get apps from app store because I need at least 7.0 ISO is that possible I have less than 7 now, thought I was getting a deal, haha jokes on me right,

Go to settings>general>about. Google the model number or compare it to the list here: Identify your iPad model - Apple Support
Only the iPad 2 and up can be updated to iOS 9.
This is how you check for updates: Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support if your iPad is not on iOS 5 yet you won't see the option to update on the device.
