Q: why can't i purchase music in the music app on the new atv4?

so I have an atv4 that I purchased a few days ago and it doesn't let me purchase music or music videos inside the music app like the previous atv3 did,the only thing it offers is apple music,and beats radio(which is now integrated within the music app that's great!!!)my owned music,movies and tv shows are all good though so no problem there but I wanna be able to purchase some tracks that I like without having to subscribe to apple music,how is a new product missing features that previous products had before?,can somebody tell me if apple is going to add that functionality in a future update or something?,thanks for your replies.
