I don't receive email notifications even if I'm following the threads

There exists a forum SiteWare glitch that 'sometimes' email notifications fail in some form or fashion - from none at all to 'only some'

That said, you should check to see that you have the preference set properly before proceeding further with troubleshooting

FWIW, I too am missing some (or all) email notifications. as of right now this minute, I have missed one that I know of.

The forum is self-aware and playing jokes on us...

1. I follow:
   1. threads by participation and choice of the "checkmark"
   2. Forums by choosing the check mark
   3. people
2. since posting before, I have not received a single email from ASC activity
3. The SiteWare is bonkers = turning OFF or simply IGNORING my choices

I am going to report this thread to our gracious Hosts as evidence of the SiteWare's failing to send (at least us) notifications

1. that is automatic by participating
   
   
2. That is by choice...
   1. places
      
      
   2. people
      

Are you recieving non-ASC email at the same address ?

I guess someone would need to mail me at that address

Any improvements on the ASC email front ?

Apparently, the AppleJiveWare is a tad confused...

• I show a LIST of Following in Content, Places & People
• The actual Threads, Forums & Profile pages show NOTfollowing = the Follow gray check mark and word Follow (instead of blue check mark and the word Following)

I am able to get Following to "stick" by using the Gear Tool on List views of

1. forums
2. thread list of Participated content https://discussions.apple.com/content?filterID=participated~objecttype~objecttype[thread]
3. places (3 forums)

I apparently would need to Gear Tool every single thread I ever participated in = that is IF this actually generates an email notice for anything

BTW, this must have occurred OVERNIGHT (Sat>Sun, US-CST) sometime

Did not get the "Congratulations you solved..." email notice either (different setting in preferences - BOTH switches ON, BTW)

I have things turned on and I'm not getting any e-mails. I've gone through and followed threads that I should already be following since I've replied to them, and still no mails. Looking back the last mail I received from this forum was yesterday the 28th.
