Pics taken after ios 9.1 update will not upload to pc

How can I get pictures taken after the ios 9.1 update uploaded to my pc? Any pictures taken before the update show up and upload just fine. I tried using Picassa and Microsoft office picture uploader.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.1
