Down load trubles

So i have a MacBook (at lest thats what it says at the bottom) running Mac osx 10.6.8. I have PAYED for broken age on the app store, i've tried many times to download the game, i've gotten 2 different responses, One has something to do about internet connectivity another was an error code. I've about given up, does any one have ideas?
