Genuine?

I am looking at buying an ipad air 2 sealed in box. The seller has given me the serial number which I checked and it was asking for the purchase date to be validated. I asked them for purchase date and I checked again and it let me validate it. The warranty is until October 2016. Would this appear to be genuine? I have told them I want to see it out of the box and switched on.

Advice needed urgently please. Thanks

I can seal a box with my shrink wrapping machine at work. That's no big deal. However, so far everything that you checked seems to be on the up and up.You can check to see if the device is Activation Locked here by entering the serial number.

IF that checks out, I think that you are good to go.
