3GS isn't recognized by windows

Hey guys,

I just turned on my old iPhone 3GS and wanted to reset him through the iTunes because i forgot my access code.

Happens that my computer doesn't recognize this iPhone.

I already tried all the things i read here like:

- Update windows and iTunes;

- Uninstall iTunes and install again

- Stop and restart the services

But none of this worked for me....

On my device manager i can't also find the Apple device when my iPhone is plugged into my computer...

Can anyone help me with this?
