Is there a way I can only have certain contacts Ring? And keep everyone else Silent?

Hello, I want to program my phone so that only my work contact will ring loudly in the middle of the night in case they need to contact me, but I want to keep all my other contacts on silent in case they call/message me in the middle of the night and it doesn't wake me up. Is this possible?? Or is there an App that can do this? Thanks!
