Safari autofill and keychain passwords gone

A few days ago I noticed I was having to log into all my websites again, normally I would already be logged in or Safari's autofill feature would fill in my login information automatically. All of my login information has disappeared from the passwords tab of Safari Preferences and I can't seem to find the info inside of the Keychain app either. I've tried restoring the keychain folder from a previous time machine backup but that has not made a difference.
