OMG: Deleting pictures in iCloud Photo Library doesnt work, all my deleted pictures have been stored by Apple!

Today I used the iCloud for Windows App (PC) to use the new upload/download functionality for iCloud Photo Library.

I activated the automatic download functionality and i am still shocked!!!

All my deleted pictures (even older then 30 days) are still there. Every photo that I deleted on my iPhone before, using the iCloud Photo Library, is still there. They are now on my PC in the download folder.

This means that all my pictures are stored by Apple, even if I delete them!?!?! 😮

PS: Sorry for my bad English language skills.

Yep, exactly the same problem here. Have you managed to get a solution? I'm wondering if wiping out our entire libraries would work...

Hello, I'm back. For anyone experiencing this problem, I can CONFIRM that deleting the entire photo library and waiting the 30 day period solved my problem. I used iCloud on Windows and after the 30 day period, I tried to "download" my photo library and surprise: no photos! Now, I'm able to turn on Photo Library on my iPhone and start over. Hope this helps!
