Installation of Waveburner on Mac OS X 10.11.1

Hi There,

I moved to a new Mac Book Pro and tried to start Waveburner for the first time after moving. It asked me for the serial number and I entered the serial from my Logic studio package. But Waveburner just gave me a beachball.

So I deleted Waveburner and tried the Logic Studio Installer. The same effect here: After entering the serial the installer ends up with a beachball too.

I also tried to delete the /Library/Application Support/ProApps/Logic System ID file and restarting the installation. No success.

Does anybody have an idea how to get Waveburner running again?

Or maybe an up-to-date alternative for audio-CD authoring?
