Nov 29, 2015 1:20 PM in response to TBfrdby lkrupp,No, it has absolutely nothing to do with your Apple ID. When I added a card I simply scanned it with my iPhone, entered the required security code (CCV) and away it went. Are you sure your bank card is supported?

Nov 29, 2015 1:39 PM in response to TBfrdby Jonathan UK,One of the requirements for adding a card to Apple Pay on your iPhone is that you have an Apple ID that is signed in to iCloud. To check this, on your iPhone, go to: Settings > iCloud.
Full instructions for adding cards are detailed here:

Nov 30, 2015 4:08 AM in response to Jonathan UKby TBfrd,Thank you for your help, but I have followed the Apple Pay set up instructions quite a few times without success. I have also contacted my bank who confirm the card I am trying to add, is valid and they cannot see any problem from their end, I went through the process yet again while they talked me through it, even entering the details manually rather than scanning. I am signed in to my @me.com Apple ID and have tried through Wallet and through Settings. I spoke to an Apple Store guy and he went through the process with me, and said maybe it was having two Apple IDs, my other Apple ID is with iTunes and is a @gmail.com address, the bank card is registered with that account. Will have to make an appointment with Genius Bar, if no other suggestions. Tony
