Q: Two Different Icloud Addresses

I have a iPhone 5s with one icloud address. I have iPhone 6s with different icloud address. How do I merge photos from older phone to newer phone?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.1

1. by using computer.
Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your computer - Apple Support
2. by using icloud photo library with the same email address
