Q: Help with backup

I Am unable to connect to my computer due to a virus. My question is will it back up any other way without a computer? Also what's best settings for saving most important info while taking up less room in the Cloud? What is the most secure settings and should I share the iPhone and iPad2? Thank you!!!

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.1, Also iPad 2

There are no viruses for OSX, you dont have one
