I have 2 PCs and 3 iPhones- 6, 5s, and a 4.
But the main need is to setup the AE to my 2 windows 10 PCs.
I need to read documentation on setting the AE up as I just bought it on black Friday.

The documentation will tell you that you need to set up the AirPort Extreme using a Mac or one of the iPhones.

Assuming that the firewall on the Windows 10 PCs is behaving itself, you should be able to connect the products to the wireless network that the AirPort Extreme is creating. We just tried a Windows 10 laptop here earlier today and it connected to the AirPort Extreme network just fine by selecting the network and entering the password for the network.
glad it worked for you, but I need baby steps to do this connection.
do I unplug the old router first and hook-up the AE?
how do I kno which AE network is the mine?
